despite the mod, i got the -likes his food- -7% movement
i checked your tables, i assume its the -noodles- trait
all at 0
im at a loss as why its happening

I was wondering if you could make it so that the Aizu and the Sendai can have like -50 modernization or 50+ tradition points.

I'm tired of building a traditional army, only to have it be modernized in the tech tree because I captured a castle.
