Catenary Type JP1Aの架線柱が現在削除?されている影響かと思われるのですが、架線柱がロードされていないエラーがLoading Screen Modのレポートで表示されておりました。

There is a bug that catenaries are not displayed. This asset cannot use catenary replacer

Just curious, would I be able to upgrade the Vanilla tracks to these Shinkansen tracks?

It would certainly be a speed improvement compared to just the Vanilla tracks.

If I add the lighting to this track, perhaps it will be a little heavy.

@ako_ako Yep, thankfully I still had my save from when I played before the tracks disappeared. When I placed all the tracks again, I saved it under a different save for this reason :) when I went back to my original save, all the tracks were there and everything worked fine. Thanks!

@For All who have the loading problem since today (@Kaiser Wilhelm II @ak155275)

A: If you have the backup save data that was saved before JST 09/25 07:42.(Not UTC)
->Try to load that save.

B: Don't have the backup.
->Unsubscrive ALL Shinkansen Track V2 series.
->Please add these assets to local asset folder(C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Assets)

->Try to load the save.
->If possible, replace ALL Shinkansen Track V2 on your map to vanilla tracks.(If impossible, go to C)
->Save the map.
->Delete added local assets.
->Try to load the save.(If impossible, you may forgot to replace some segments. Back to start of B)

C: If you still have the problem, leave a comment that include below.
-Timestamp of the broken save and your computer's standard time.
-Logs(.htm) made by Loading Screen Mod.

I had just recreated all the tracks that disappeared :'( and so the fix just broke mine! Haha! But that's ok, at least I know what the problem was.

We can confirm that this is this asset causing the problem because it is the asset highlighted by the Loading Screen Mod as being potentially save breaking. Again, just undo the update and revert to the previous version until you find the solution.

Latest update is breaking saves - the names have to be EXACTLY the same. For now I'd recommend reverting the asset to the previous version until you figure out the problem. No, it is not a bug in the game, no it is not someone other than yours fault - THESE tracks are the problem, and although they were great, they are currently not letting people into their cities as they create a "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error.

Essentially, when the city loads, it calls for the asset, but because there is something different in the name of something (it could even be down to the name of a node or segment), it cannot load it into the same, creating a null reference. It's trying to load something that is not there. This is also a network asset, which is a very complex thing and thus destructive if it cannot be loaded in. The problem is so bad that the game is completely unplayable.

The tracks aren’t gone away. It simply breaks the save.
I can load the saves but I got “object reference not set to an instance of object”, the null reference error from loading screen mod and in the game. I could not even delete the tracks since it was all messed up in the game (blue screen, missing textures etc)

I tried the saves without the tracks and they are all fine.
I am pretty sure to differentiate the problem was from the tracks.

I use V2 tracks and V2 station tracks in the save.

Ive been using a mixture of both the V1 and the V2 because the junctions dont work with V2, but I like the tunnels more.
I am getting a null reference, and within the asset report from the loading screen mod, the problem seems to be "1490475151.Train Track Elevated1" and "1490475151.Train Track Slope1"

Love your stuff, hope this gets fixed, this is the last mod I would have ever expected to break...

I use same asset names and file names to update.
So I don't know why the track gone away.
If you want to claim something, it's going to the developers.....
Probably it's a bug or specification of the base game.

And I have one question. Can you still loading the save after update?
It means, I want to know which situation is the now on "just tracks gone away" or "can't open the save forever with error(like a null references)".

In the past, result is the latter. So it was serious problem.
But if now it's the former, not a serious problem I think.
Because I can open the save, so I just replace the track.

Sometimes I need to update the asset to improve, so that's phenomenon nothing I can do.

Your last update broke the tracks already places I'm afraid and breaks my save. I know you say you take no responsibility and that we should take backups, which I have and that still works. Thought you should know...

Dear ako_ako, is it possible for you to make single-direction versions for your shinkansen tracks? I am building a city designed around the Shinkansen network, and getting the trains to work is difficult without them.
