No offense but in an almost impressively prototypical state.
Most desperately the dialogue needs an utterly massive overhaul because in it's current form it's so incoherent I have to go out of my way to parse it.
i am not sure if i would be able to make a sequel any time soon beacuse my life became way busier then before and this game is kinda dead
but when i can i will post it here so please subscribe to this comment sections
to 2: not so far
to 3: i think a continue or one at least in the same setting would be nice ( perhaps also in the past, during the great war? ), but that's left up to you, i think the creator should decide him/herself, as he is the one to create the story/map etc.
i am happy that someone actually finished the whole campaign, ill definitely take your comment into considiration for my next map/campagin, its my first time making an actual campaign that works so i didnt really look into the small details too much, thank you for your comment it will be very helpfull in the future.
some questions:
1. did you play it on hardest difficulty? (i adjusted it so it will be challanging for casual players on hardest difficulty).
2. did you (or anyone else) find the fire easter egg on the mission before the last one?
3.if i make an other campaign would u prefer it to be a continue to this one or a completely new one?
and about your fun fact - i kinda left that open in case ill want to make a second campaign in the same "universe".
thanks for playing!
- for playing the mission the hints are quite helpful, but they could be better integrated, for example in the dialogs or some sort of monologs (would help the atmosphere again)
- the fighting was kinda easy for me, but that wasn't something bad, it still was fun :D
Yes, that was a lot of critique, but I hope of the constructive kind. I also know how hard it is to create maps, especially the dialogs are time consuming, and the maps to, depending on the level of detail.
Hope to see another campaign in the same setting, seems interesting to me!
Fun Fact:
It never becomes clear, if you were fooled by the king or rabbit rabbitson :D If intentional or not, I like that!
To the Map itself:
- some stuff (the way the map looks) still seems rough and unfinished (you can look under the terrain at some points for example the last level), kinda like a prototype
- on the other hand i really liked the houses of the dogs
- the camera has some weird angles in some dialogs
- try to hide the hotspots better, its nice to allways see them while editing the map, but while playing the missions it reduces the atmosphere
