Screw balance, make it a secondary that instantly replenishes your metal. Who cares about if it is balanced with Sentries or the Widowmaker.

i think a balanced stats would be
200 extra metal
extra metal can only be gained from destroied buildings and droped weapons
should replace the wrangler or pistol as a secondary

UPDATE. Can use as a throwable weapon for 100 metal. Damage comes back as metal. And replace previous scrap fields with metal.

Suggestion - Make it a primary passive weapon. Stats - 100 more scrap, 5 scrap regeneration every 5 seconds, 20% slower move speed

I think it should hold 100 more scrap and add 25% health. I don't see it being a primary, seeing as it's ot a weapon. Maybe a secondary, though. This is good, me likes.
