Thank you for the information. I didn't know it has 2 different bright checks before.

Yes, according to the mod author it is intentional that there are 2 different blight checks and it is possible for it to apply twice.
The mod author wanted to add more risk to the skill and require more planning to resistances.
This is part of the Snake Charmer mod, not mine.

Hey VultureTim. I noticed Calming Toxin skill description and I see 80% bright skill chance and 90% bright skill chance. Would it double bright to allies or it's just only 80% bright skill chance? I curious about 2 different bright skill chance in skill description.

VultureTim Thank you for your quick respond. That's was nice to keep Calming Toxin bright chance at the same percentage so it won't bright allies much often.

Updated the mod to include a hidden buff that decreases blight chance for Snake Charmer's "Calming Toxin" skill by 10%. This will cancel out with +10% Blight Skill Chance also added by the district.

I like your idea about adding new district for mod heros. Anyway, adding bright chance to Snake Charmer might not be good because it would increase chance to bright allies when use his skills that heal stress damage too(can't remember skill name). Can you make the district increase bright resistance when Snake Charmer in party or reduce bright chance of that skill? It would be great because I don't want that skill to bright allies more often.
