I like the idea of Asky but there are too many problems for me to suggest this mod

1. It takes forever to find him, it's practically luck based due to him running around and ditching his spawn/location for random wild animals or just to run for the fun of it.

2. Banning won't sell me stuff and I can't get his food bowl.

3. Asky won't eat.

The bowl only works if you send Asky at home.

I can't get her to feed. The feed command does nothing. I have her food bowl full at her sleeping place, but she completely ignores it. What am I doing wrong?

Or is this mos just that inefficient?

Sorry ich kanns nichtg sagen. Ich bräuchte eine genauere Fehlerbeschreibung (wie weit du kommst).

Die Begrüssungsmeldung wenn die Mod zum ersten mal startet. Ist die gekommen?
Hundedecke und Buch hast du aufgesammelt? Buch gelesen, Zauber erhalten? (nicht etwa die spells per konsole erlangt)

Das ganze beginnt dann mit dem füttern. Dazu muss man Asky finden, im Focus haben und den füttern Zauber ausführen. Hat man Asky im Focus, läuft der Zauber ab.

1. Es wird überprüft ob du Futter im Gepäck hast.
2. Wenn ja wird ein Futter Iterm aus deinem Gepäck entfernt.

Das ein Hundefutter entfernt wird, müsstest du merken. (Geräusch und Message). Es hat bis hierhin noch gar nichts mit Follower etc zu tun. Ein gan normaler Zauber (auf ein Actor Ziel)

Geschieht das soweit?

@xgrufijury Das ist ja das Problem, fürchte ich. Entweder mache ich was falsch oder irgendwas anderes passt nicht.

Die Sprüche werden in meinem Magieinventar angezeigt, ich kann sie auch anwählen, aber sie sind trotzdem nicht wie andere Zaubersprüche mit der Hand aktivierbar. Stattdessen schlage ich den armen Hund nur...

Auch mit e reden funktioniert nicht.

Und Hundefutter habe ich auch im Inventar...

Vielleicht habe ich irgendeinen Mod, der in den Script pfuscht, aber ich wüsste nicht welchen. *ärger*

Aber wie gesagt, ich finde den Mod einfach nur genial. Es ist schade, dass ich ihn nicht zum Laufen bekomme. Und danke für die schnelle Antwort - das habe ich nicht erwartet. :-)

how does asky work as a hearthfire house pet? and what exactly is the name of the place to find her or the name of where it's a certain direction of?

I really like the idea of Asky and especially her look, but I can't get her to follow me. The spells just don't work and what's more, she runs around and attacks everything moving besides me... I had to deinstall the mod, which is sad. It sounded so promising and thought out.

Ich mag die Idee hinter Asky und auch ihr besonderes Aussehen, aber ich kann sie einfach nicht dazu bringen mir zu folgen. Die Zaubersorüche funktionieren einfach nicht und darüber hinaus attackiert Asky alles, was sich bewegt außer mich selbst... Ich musste den Mod leider deinstallieren, was traurig ist. Es klang so vielversprechend und überdacht.

okay I found the problem with the bowl not being full, but still, the spell doesn't work!
Am I doing something wrong or is it just a bad mod?

I've found Asky, but when i select the feed spell it doesn't activate in my hand, so i tried placing the blanket and then putting the food bowl down, but it just says 'you need a bowl with feed for asky...' what do i do?

asky wanders. if they follow a wild animal, it may be far away. But at regular intervals, she will be moved to the small island.

When I go West of Greenspring Hollow, it says Aksy has been defeated...

Any help?

@rebalspirit same, I just can't get the feed spell to work on her, and she always runs towards the river and is eaten by the ground.

I started a new game, finally found her and the power spell to feed her does not release the food so she can eat. I'm uninstalling and finding a new puppy to follow me. I really liked Aksy in my previous game, but getting her to work properly has become too frustrating for me.

yes that is intentional... you have different commands (power spell) for Asky

Although I am a cat person, seeing as there are no domestic cats in Skyrim (unless you tied a dog lead on a khajiit... no wait that's just weird...) I will take Asky with me on my travels. Thank you.

use the power spell "Asky... feed"

The bowl is new in this version, and only there, if you want to leave the dog alone.
1. place the bowl with feed over the menu of Askys blanket.
2. commit thou asky to go home
… Asky will feed 2 days from the bowl

ive found asky, but i dont know how to feed her. ive tried laying down the sleeping spot and bowl but she doesnt do anything except run around the area. any tips?

you cannot interact with her, like a vanilla dog.

First read the book then search for Asky and feed her. Now you can use the Asky Commands (power spells)

I found Asky but it won't let me interact with her.

With the new updates, Banning is no longer selling food - he has no opttion to sell anything but the other dog.
