No idea, I doubt it still works at all. You can try, it is always easy to deactivate mods. Just make sure you have backed up a clean save.

I don't know how to fix it, no idea what files were changed. Rebuilding everything from scratch will take weeks. Sorry, can't really help. Thanks to the developers with countless file system updates.

Right, this mod probably is not needed now. Just unlock unlimited ROR :) I don't have time to update it anyways. And don't know what changed in tables, what exactly to update...

I was not updating it, feel free to remake it if you wish, I have no time and no interest at the moment. Lost my interst to the game since my beloved Empire is completely forgotten by the developers and is not getting any updates...

That would mean changing everything, this is the main goal of the mod to relly on numbers and wear black clothes :)

Dude , any chance you would be willing to let infantry units as they are? So many men make the army more vulnerable against artillery fire. Also it gaves me impression that the state troops are individually weaker and thus must relly on numbers like goblins or bretonnia peasant. My main issues is the black clothing , make me hard to spot certain units when the melee begin on certain maps.

And maybe add flash shot to mortar that reduce movement speed and melee defence?

I really love your pistoliers, its damn more effective than the original and the model kinda remind me of sweeden pistolier in 16th century. Plese more upkeep / recruitment cost to this unit for balance .

Sure, you have much more capable troops. Cannons have canister shot, you can kill zombies in dozens with each shot.

it works well, however it would be nice if the state troops have Red color beneath their armor plate instead of Black. It would feel like we are actually playing as Reaklander instead of Averlander. Thats only personal opinion though. Good job on the mod!

Yes, intentional. Cavalry lance in real world is normally used to RAM in to enemy mounted troops and is absolutely useless in a close combat with infantry. On another hand glaves in China, Korea and Japan were often used as anti-infantry weapon for cavalry since it allows wide swipes and chops, not just thrusts. you can effectively use glave or halberd on a horseback against infantry but you will definitely switch you lance to sword if you happen to stuck in a croud with your lance. So I made this change for my personal taste of realistic use of weapons. I dont remember if I adjusted unit description accordingly tho.

A cool mod, but I noticed that you have the stats for the pikes (wh_main_emp_spear_0) and pikemen (wh_main_emp_inf_spearmen_0) swtiched around with the short spears and thier users, with the latter being longer.

If yu check handgunners stats in the game - they are the same. 19 damage per 10 seconds :) I feel this is still not enough, vampires in most cases can easily defeat Empire army unless you go for headhunting, which is the only usefull tactic for Empire.

Pikes are from chaos marauders. Another modder advised me where to get it.
Hangunners have not enough damage to one-shot anything stronger than humies. Orks, dwarfs and other strong races require 2 hits per model to kill. For example humies have 60-70 HP, orks 80-100 and handgunners have damage 12+58 (or so). I was testing handgunners in large long battles and no metter how many you take, their input is absolutely the same. Damage per minute is the same but now bullets dont glance off armor like earlier. Just try it in large battle, you shot only twice before enemy will charge in to you and 40 seconds reload will not allow you to abuse handgunners use during the battle. Same input but like in real life, devastating volley and loong reload.

I agree that the empire needs a buff accross the board, at least as far as the campaign goes, but doesn't this feel like a little excessive? A slight boost is needed, but for instance the the handgunners basically being 3x as good seems too much imo.

Nonsense, real world cavalry lance is designed for cavalry charge against mounted knights. Halberd is slashing weapon so you can possibly fight infantry with it while on horse but I cant imagine charging against cavalry with halberd without suport handle and suspension hook. Lance was a high-tech weapon for its time, there are little things we dont see on a model that were helping to ram in to knight, that kind of technology was not needed against infantry.

lol the lance is supposed to be vs infantry and the halberd vs cav. like with demis.
