i thinked when you equip the hat you get a new taunt. the taunts animation is that you take the hat off and tehn throw it at your enemy killing him. no splitting in half cause its just a game, if you could split someone in half... well......... it would not be a game... lets just say it like dat.

This could be a reskin for flying guillotine that stays on scout's head when not used.

Please. Add this. With me being a huge Mortal Kombat fan, and Kung Lao being my personal favourite characters, This is a MUST for me, plus he looks like a badass in that hat. (He should have a special taunt where he throws the hat and it can hit someone with the same range as the Heavy's finger gun taunt and make him act like Kung Lao when he retrieves the hat.) But please, add this item. :D 10/10

Make it a secondary weapon that is thrown like the cleaver, but is held like he's wearing it and is about to pull it off. Also give it a taunt kill.
