@hfto1 I was hesitating, but there's already Epic Fetus that add a very similar hat so no, it won't give you a hat.

@rogach You can change the sprite and the name in the folders if you want.

@Supreme Penguin I don't want to add gems. I prefer an item that could have been in the game already, without new pickups. But nice idea :)

it would be cool if after you pick the item it has chances of appearing some gems(that is like lucky pennys but instead of luck they would give you either speed or damage) instead of those black pennys(5 coin worth)

Bad, in BT, hat was mysterious item and mean madness. But you make it too boring, you know? 3 lucky pennies? You can add emerald and it will be good, but you choose hat for this.

God I was just about to make Hatty Hattington as a character

Love the idea thematically, but 3 lucky pennies is a bit much. That makes it a bigger Luck Up out of any passive in the game, that you can also start doubling for even more luck using Jera, Crooked Penny, etc.
