you should give the veneti tribe some big ships as they had some gigantic boats that they fought Caesar with and they had a trade/sea fairing tradition similar to Carthage "the Veneti ships were engineered better, taller than the small Roman ships, built of solid oak and could weather shoal water."

In principal, I left celts out of fleet design and late game troops because they're primitive. Massilia is my favorite faction also.

Would be cool if you could add some heavy armoured mid to late game Celtic champions or something like that aswell :)

I'll definitely check it out when I start my next Massilia campaign(favorite faction, btw). Any chance you could throw in a list of units added in the description?
