Mission now requires Western Sahara CDLC to run, otherwise trying to play it will take you back to the scenarios tab with a warning that it's dependant on "Characters_f_lxWS".

Good mish! I was lucky. After taking the first objective without casualties I took a RPG32 and took potshots at the SAM site. Managed to "rocket snipe" them over 800 meters :steamhappy:
The extraction boat came under fire from the nearby enemy base but mission finished without casualties on blufor side.

Great mission! The opening is very cool. My whole squad got wiped out on the first objective, so i had to go all lone wolf on it with a scar-H :D

Nice mission. Next time you might wanna use a different area. These hilltops are not very refreshing. There are so many beautifull special places on these islands ;)

thx for the mission, I enjoyed playing through it. a few ideas:
- multiplayer :)
- give access to the sentinel drone on the carrier but reduce the number of turrets the uav terminal has access to
- since u opted for boat extraction maybe have an assault boat at the pickup zone and once all guys are on board have it head back to the ocean -> mission complete

@***** already tried with the invisible helipad and a lot of different waypoints combination. Really have no idea what the problem is, also tried to set ai to captive and so on..

put an invisible helipad.
Set a "LAND" command on it or a "MOVE" command with chopper land "LAND" in the init field of the "MOVE" waypoint.
That way it will definitely land.
Don't add any "GET IN" waypoint.

@***** appreciate your help, the problem is even with a "landing" waypoint / command the retarded chopper didn't want to land unless you gave a "get in" command to your squad. It will just hover until you gave the command, which i tried to fix.

But i will test it either way just to be sure, thanks!

You can fix the chopper boarding very easily.
Make it land and add a "HOLD" waypoint.
Add a trigger "IGNORE" and link it to "HOLD" waypoint.
In the trigger, add this:
({_x in myfancyhelo} count units myfancygroup) == (count units myfancygroup)

thazt way, the "HOLD" will stop when all the group is in the chopper

By far the best and only user made missions I've played which involves fire support from the newly added destroyer.

One thing that I would like to see is an increased number of enemies cause it seemed a bit too easy. Also don't give players access to the whole arsenal, but just a limited number of selected weapons in a crate, etc.

Other than that, amazing mission, really enjoyed it. Keep up the good work. :steamhappy:

Thank for all the critic/feedback, did not expect to do this well so I have worked on fixes for your problems.

-Helicopter extraction has been replaced with a naval extraction, so there is no longer trouble with the helicopter not landing + plus the trigger will end the mission once you have reached your pick up point after some time

-The task for gear up have now a visual placement

-At the 1st objective, not destroying the ammo truck will no longer "fail" to complete the objective

Simple mission. But not for Steam. There is already a lot. In addition, the helicopter does not sit for the evacuation of the group, hanging in the sky. Fit to do through scripts. Good luck in the work! :)

Nice mission.

A few things :

- in the briefing, you should add a callsign signet
- you should make the WP invisible
- for the "gear up" option, you should add an objective location
- at the 1st objective, destroyoing the radars should be sufficient enough to mark it as done. no need to destroy the vehicles.

Very nice mission wel done. If you grab the uav terminal you can use the Cannon of the ship with devestating results.

Nice little mission. Not really a showcase cauz the new systems could not be testet, but a good and smooth mission. Have a like from me :thumbalift:
