The new folder inside the Killing Floor 2 cache is 1468020585 , took a bit of searching but I found it.

It is my map kf-skyline with color changed to blacl and white , i didnt use any effect , i just used bold black outline in the gun's texture

Please check if you have P90 folder in
Documents\My Games\KillingFloor2\KFGame\published\BrewedPC\Packages\Weapons\

or you could move P90 folder from
Documents\My Games\KillingFloor2\KFGame\Cache\1468020585\0\Published\BrewedPC\Packages\Weapons

to KF2 game folder

SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\killingfloor2\KFGame\BrewedPC\Packages\Weapons
(remember to backup your file first)
