Да это та версия карты офис, с нормальными стеклами, но ачивка не выполняется . хз как у чуваков ниже она заработала

if you can't get the achievement, keep in mind this needs to be in your main maps folder - not workshop maps

I replaced the map into the main maps folder, and loaded it up, shot the windows, and no achievement, can somebody please help me?

This is what you need to do
1.Subscribe to this file on workshop
2.Let Steam download the file (and if there is no workshop folder start the game once)
3.Back up cs_office.bsp from \csgo\maps\ !!!
4.Copy cs_office.bsp from \csgo\maps\workshop\1464930925 to \csgo\maps\
5.Start the game WITH BOTS (at least bots on easy)!
6.Shoot the windows
