To be absolutely sure, follow my steps.
Subscribe and activate only the following addons and dupes I list here:

Then go to the map: gm_flatgrass and spawn my dupe on a flat surface with plenty of room in each direction.

I do not know why it might be but try to disable all addons and activate only the wiremod, The Weight-Tool and this Dupe. Maybe it will be fixed...
