Archmagos 17 Jul, 2019 @ 12:54pm
This is a sad day, the day that I could not use this mod
Oneofmystery 80 6 Jun, 2019 @ 7:01am
Not working only shows pink square no furnace model
Titus Brutus Avituis 4 Apr, 2019 @ 5:43pm
not redundant for this allows for more types of res then vanilla
Dots 20 Mar, 2019 @ 10:57pm
And with the survival update this mod became redundant because you now use survival kit to process stones in to ores
mr._smith116 28 Oct, 2018 @ 3:00pm
With the last update (airtight / ingame help) ore is few and far between now , been using this for awhile now and glad I have it , going to be a need now rather that an extra , thanks again Sektan for thinking ahead .

@Sektan Same issue as TigerFangs, feel the concept can be abused, can you update please? Love your mods.
Sergeant ♥♥♥♥ 9 Sep, 2018 @ 6:51am

titanius anglesmith 24 Aug, 2018 @ 2:42am
Sektan! you can do it!!! "sends magic to you" update yo mods with new looks and sounds
TigersFangs 12 Aug, 2018 @ 6:32pm
@Sektan My friends and I tried to play with this on our server. It worked fine. But the special build components were not required to complete the builds. So we had several of each furnace built and running without having to collect the materials for the special components. The conversion components appeared at the top of the list while welding and were not needed for full functionality. Pretty sure that this is not the original intent. As we are running our game with an altered ore distribution that restricts certain ores to specific places, this kind of breaks our progression.

Again, the mod works great! Just thought that you would want to know about the components not being a required build element. :)

@Mojo Very neat! I'll be sure to check it out!
Mojo 1 Aug, 2018 @ 8:30pm
@Kozfu if you are looking for a mod that pulls uranium from stone (and from other ores too) check out https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1311487683

still waiting for you to fix your railgun mod :(
Nickel G. Gallium 31 Jul, 2018 @ 1:26pm
@DarkArkAngel For all intents and purposes concerning realism, you would be correct. However, on the flipside of that is the production value of this machine. In a "real" setting, would it be worth the cost of energy, time, and resources to produce diminutive quantities? I would find it better to put resources towards discovering ore veins than repurposing Stone. But I digress, if Sektan won't include it for "realistic" purposes that's fine, I was only curious if he was going to add Uranium or not. On a side note, where can I find this Alchemy Mod you speak of? ;P
SolarFlare1234 31 Jul, 2018 @ 12:45pm
I didn't say this mod was a bad idea, I just said that having Iron processing is a bit useless
DarkArkAngel 31 Jul, 2018 @ 1:24am
@Kozfu I think conversion into realism would be a little unrealistic. As it is, most stone would likely contain trace amounts of rare earth metals that could be processed out. However, Uranium is different. Uranium is a radioactive material, that is found only in concentrated veins IRL. So just making it would require us to take something like gold (high proton and neutron count) and glue protons, neutrons, and electrons to it. This is essentially alchemy, and if you have that, why even do anything? Just build a reactor, get some ice, and make everything out of hydrogen and oxygen.
Sektan  [author] 31 Jul, 2018 @ 1:17am
@SolarFlare1234 I made this as option for anybody who want build some production network or similar things....
SolarFlare1234 30 Jul, 2018 @ 10:59pm
who in the world needs to turn to stone to get Iron, it's in every asteroid and in pretty much half of all resource patches on planets.
Nickel G. Gallium 30 Jul, 2018 @ 6:38pm
Love the mod! Just curious if you will be including a Uranium variant?
DarkArkAngel 30 Jul, 2018 @ 6:03pm
Awesome, thanks so much for listening Sektan!
Archmagos 30 Jul, 2018 @ 12:25pm
I got a platinum furnece up befor this update so HA
Sektan  [author] 30 Jul, 2018 @ 11:47am
----------------------------------------------

I add special component:

Each furnance need special componet, for example:
Stone to Iron Furnace need - 100x StoneToIron Component
1x StoneToIron Component need - 100x Iron Ingots

----------------------------------------------
Sektan  [author] 30 Jul, 2018 @ 6:21am
OK
DarkArkAngel 30 Jul, 2018 @ 5:44am
Yeah. So you are forced to mine gold before you actually build the gold furnace, same for cobalt, platinum, etc.
Sektan  [author] 30 Jul, 2018 @ 4:49am
Yes you mean for platinum furnace - platinum into components for biilding furnace?
DarkArkAngel 30 Jul, 2018 @ 4:22am
Well, as I understand it now, these cost 3 times the amount of components for an arc reactor. I think you should require a component made with the ore furnace you're building. I wouldn't have to get platinum on a planets surface, because I could just build one of these bad boys and harvest a motherlode of stone. It removes that early exploration phase somewhat.
Sektan  [author] 30 Jul, 2018 @ 4:08am
@DarkArkAngel: Im not sure if I understand what you mean. You want add more components for build furnace? Or?
M3VDK 30 Jul, 2018 @ 3:43am
as mush as i love the S - mods sadly this one is not for me it would of been nice to turn the too mods i use and into just one sadly just means im going to have learn how to do this myself im at 700+ mods in my game im aways looking at ways of shrinking them down lol
DarkArkAngel 30 Jul, 2018 @ 1:40am
Hey Sektan, I have an idea. Perhaps you could make it so that each furnace requires a fair amount of what it turns stone into. That way people based on planets will still have to search for cobalt and platinum in the conventional sense?
Sektan  [author] 29 Jul, 2018 @ 11:40pm
Not uranium and ice yet, I think ice is everywhere :)
Archmagos 29 Jul, 2018 @ 7:54pm
Is thair a ice one?
Sektan  [author] 29 Jul, 2018 @ 4:04am
I want update all my thrusters when I will have free time for this.
BioKefir 29 Jul, 2018 @ 2:31am
You can increase the speed of the accelerator ions in the fashion of multi-Function Thruster and I do not work hydrogen engines and Yes I am Russian
Madcrazygoat 28 Jul, 2018 @ 5:35pm
Glad to see you still at it Sektan, another useful and great mod!
SpaaaaaaceMouse 28 Jul, 2018 @ 3:06pm
Hmmm, i get this is only extracting 'trace' elements but, not having to actually hunt them down still seems balance breaking.
Sektan  [author] 28 Jul, 2018 @ 1:16pm
:)
CTH2004 28 Jul, 2018 @ 11:07am
But...

I don't want to destroy that prety ice lake, and I just mined all the stone on the planete...
andymcneil204 28 Jul, 2018 @ 5:07am
so now i can build a massive planet eating drill and actually make a profit?
Sektan  [author] 28 Jul, 2018 @ 4:04am

For now no other materials :) you must find it, and ice you can find easy.
CTH2004 27 Jul, 2018 @ 1:32pm
Uranium?

ALl other materials?

Ice?
MisterMann 27 Jul, 2018 @ 12:25pm
Can you make it so that it can be fed gravel as well?
