How can it take up Weapon Slot 2 if it's a hat? All the other non-weapon items for Slot 2 are backpacks, but this is quite out of line.

If you're going to be rendering behind the player, aswell as infront of the player, then you're going to cause the player more lag spikes than usual, just saying.

Whether or not I like this depends on the usefulness... If you have to switch to it in order to see behind you and have your scope reset, then I think it's a waste. (Why not look turn around?) However, if it remained in the corner, that would be different. If you must switch to it while scoped, I think it would be better to stay in the corner (rather than center screen) and not loose the charge. The final decision would be valve. Good model anyhow.

I agree with Cpt terrible idea in terms of a weapon there is a thing called a RAZOR BACK!!!! But if it was a hat like any other hat then it would be fine but intill u make it a hat thumbs DOWN.

besides, taking away weapon slot 2 isn't balanced when the weapon itself is so terribly useful and outdoes that ''setback''. Quit trying to make the spy useless against snipers; there's a balance ALREADY in play here that you people are completely ignoring and trying to circumvent. Similar balance proposition: Heavy's gun now kills everything on-screen without havign to spin up. Balance=LOL HE'S A SLOW CLASS

How is ''your back is still exposed'' help in balance? You can't mention STANDARD things that come with the class as ''balance''. And taking away weapon slot two isn't unfair when the class itself isn't about Rambo-ing it with the SMG anyway. That's a last ditch effort. HORRIBLY broken weapon that further proves people stopped giving a shit about TF2 balance a long time ago.
