How do I get the specific features, like smithing or statues of devines? The main tender only sells the grotto.

I love this mod, it's very well done. But something odd happened to me, not saying it's anything to do with your mod it just so happened to happen while I was in the house. I walked in to the house a black bear attacked me, he was apparently just hanging in my front room like he owned the place. lol

The description above says:

Also (and please) use the Nexus version because is updated. Unfortunately the Steam Workshop messed up the update system for my Creation Kit.

when you have it installed you get the curier to deliver a letter to you and you read it you then get a quest marker to talk to the owner at which you can purchase the house from him

best house mod ever.. except i wish the lights stayed on and you didnt have to sweep it constantly. any way to do this? only thing i don't like about it, otherwise this place is perfect

i went and got the nexus version and i like it. Still the candle in front of the servants quarters is floating in mid air =P. love this being on steam though so i can endorse it twice =D

Firstly: do yu have installed my latest mod from the Nexus? As I said some posts below, the CK have messed the workshop update of this mod.
When you've installed the mod, a courier will bring you a letter that indicates where's is the seller.

The letter came to me immediately and so the rest was pretty easy. Everything works fine and I even like the fact that I can turn the lights (and fire) on. I did find out that spriderwebs start to occur as early as the dirt does, so..... I may have to buy some "Tamriel Spider and Ant Spray". :)
