I can't find the guildmaster in one of the cities ruled by the Le dynasty

Quadruple bandit sizes, I've gotten to the point where im level 7 and even sea raiders run from my army of 100 peasants

love the mod, big fan of tournaments, what kills it for me is the lacking option to speak to the village elders after traveling once to the village center to find them.

Onto the good news.
Back to refining values for good old-fashioned Valor in Combat. More balancing and fine tuning. Trying something new and editing individual units. Also looking into making new 'unique' weapons/armors with improved stats. A great warrior should have a great weapon!

Keep any suggestions or questions coming. And get hype for that March early access to Bannerlord!

Digging through files and playing with numbers again.
Unfortunately Diplomacy is looking hopelessly incompatible.
Diplomacy has very little documentation for integrating with existing mods. This means the python source code affects too many unknown values and will overwrite ~95% of my mod.
The changes made by Diplomacy are so extensive that end files in no way match up with mine. This means I am unable to start with Diplomacy and edit its values to match Valor.
If anyone has experience merging Diplomacy with other mods feel free to reach out, it is a very cool and expansive mod, but a bit too expansive for simple integration.

@Youji Itami , no you can't but there is a good tool named tweakMB out there that should allow you to tweak your mods like this one, some options may be disabled due to the nature of your mod.

Did you just use TweakMB in order to tweak the values xDDDD?

This mod doesnt let you rase and burn a villegde? Only have option to force them to give me suplys or steal some catle

You should increase the amount of gold fiefs give with a larger population of troops mean that towns and cities have more population to and would produce gold accordingly. Plus having to try to get 5k gold per week is kind of aids

Great mod but the frame keeps laging even though the fps is unchanged compared to native or diplomacy where the same battlesize works fine. Even if I turn the battlesize way down to the minimal it still lags. And my setup is'nt the problem as I've just bought a new graphics card which runs fine at more demanding game. Does anyone else have this problem and please help if so!
