Tempering boots problem fixed.
Actually remembered to load up creation kit and fix it.
Guess I should thank FalsifyTheTruth for "reminding" me.

I figured out how to fix the issue with the red daedric boots not tempering. The smithing recipe was messed up so the "created object" was set to "RedDaedricCuriass" and not "RedDaedricBoots" or whatever the Item IDs are. I'm unsubsribed until you fix it because otherwise it auto-updates and undoes the fix.

There still not temperable maybe a few details well i'm using the one made from the ingots and hearts and when I go to the workbench there just flat out not on the list but all the other red daedric peices are hope that helps.

Wish.. i loooove the looks mate, could you maybe have a looksee on the Dwarven suit? you seem to have things nailed pretty damn good. Dwarf in Black/Red, Heavy/Light versions, 2nd suit upgrades from basic suits would be most imba =) Hoping to have Dwarf armor in top AR alongside Dragonplate (yes i vote Dragon > Daedric) (skill says so too!!) I've just always beed a Dorf fan..

I'll get around to doing a weapons set. It'd be a waste not to use the recolored textures. It'll probably be up in a day or so.
