"You can be a hero" for the imcomplete one
"Jet set run" for the assassin
"You say run" for the hand

So what your saying is that the creator swapped the original boss battle music files with ones from the anime...
almost like he... replaced the boss battle music... or something.

If you can't wait until then, the general idea is to find the modding tools inside the game files, as well as the res.pak files of your mods in the steamapps/workshop/content/588650 directory, export all of them into a single directory, and then re-pak them as a single res.pak file and set that res.pak file in place of one of the ones from one of your mods. You can check which mod this is by opening the json file in that same folder. Once you run the game, just select the mod with the custom res.pak and you should be good to go.
PS: as I have not gotten this process to work myself (the aforementioned pak tool error), I can't exactly help if something goes wrong.
