It does use one of the stormhouses that is also rebuilt in that mod. It does state on that mod that it may not work well with other mods that alter the Hub but if your using that mod and want to check out the library put the library mod below the hub rebuild. If that doesnt work than they are not compatible.
This mod is also a part of a larger mod im working on that adds other Npcs to the Hub making it a questing hub.
