I can make sure it stops crashing if it is, haven't played in a while, but I've done all I want to do as far as content for these packs.

Update please, yeah there is some issues with Catath's Southern Realms, it would be nice if they were compatible together.

Yep, the line infantry, and especially the Riflemen, sport strong melee but pitiful hit points and armor. The end result is they can hold the line of battle AND inflict terrible amounts of damage, again especially the Riflemen, but get ripped to shreds by enemy ranged attacks and, more bold, especially area effect damage such as explosives. I figured they needed a weakness.

Really nice units, the only big downside in my opinion is their healthpool, way too low

This is absolutely perplexing. I have still been unable to identify the cause behind these units not being available, though others from the same building are. It just boggles the mind. I'm afraid I may not be able to promise a resolution to this issue at all. I still hope I might happen upon one.

thanks for the response! yes i find that to be pretty cool era! Estalia is the only country that comes close to spain during that time. im using Cataph's southern realms mod with mixu faction unlocker.

I've actually been having quite a bit of trouble using my own mod lately. I've had Crynsos' Faction Unlocker to get to the southern realm factions in campaign, but that's not been working for me. I hadn't pursued a fix for that lately, but if there's a problem I'll need to try a bit more when I have a work schedule that isn't this friggin' extra and I get some time. As for Spanish musketeers? I'd probably need to ask Cataph for some permission to use those custom models or meshes or whatever. Sounds cool though.

Hi, first off awesome mod! I have one question and one request.
Question, where do i recruit the steam tanks and gyrocopters? They arent available in my normal buildings for TEB, Im using Cataph's Southern Realms mod.

Request, can you add earlier units from the 15th and 16th centruy from the spanish tercio tradition? Cataph's mod has great custom helmets, uniforms and helardy version has great shields and armor pieces too.

Hello, glad you like it. This pack doesn't have these units for the Empire, but my first one here does: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/workshop/filedetails/?id=1201521524

A user gave me a simple request to have a pack with these units restricted to factions like Tilea, Estalia, Border Princes, and the New World Colonies. The sorts of human factions more inclined to hire mercenaries, so I figured that'd be no problem to do real quick.

Greetings, first of all, great work, and ... I think my question is a little stupid, maybe I'm doing something wrong, but ... can these units be recruited with the empire in the campaign of mortal empires? I ask why, although I have the mod activated, I can not find a way to recruit the units, I'm in a campaign with Karl Franz do I need some complement? or meet any requirement?

TEB adds a lot of units I hadn't been building my own around, and there does end up being some overlap at least in that now there's two "pikemen" units which does bother me a little. As long as they were fun for a while, though, that makes me happy.

Ah, the gold shield icons. The color for that icon seems dependant on how likely the unit is to block small arms fire. You just never see the gold color before because no vanilla units in the game block for any more than 55%. I think what I set it as is at or around the exact threshold that shields turn gold, so part of the Warband's gimmick is they have insanely high shield block chance on projectiles.

Np. Seems to work fine. Dont think I'll be keeping it though, I like the units but I feel like they're too cheap for their quality and/or overlap with existing TEB units. Also, as an aside, why do the warbands have gold shields? Its your mod and all so do what you want, but it just seems weird.

I think it should, at least it does not cause a crash on my side. I have still not experienced any success in pushing an update to the workshop version here. I have also been unable to test the functionality of this mod as I rely Crynsos' Faction Unlocker+ to access the factions these units were made for, so... rather frustratingly, I have been unable to use my own mod file either.

Fixed that error message, not getting any sort of error message upon update in fact, but the update history here isn't responsive so I'm pretty sure we still have a problem. Damn it.

Wish I could say. I've been getting an error that says "Failed to copy shazbot_mercs_sfo.pack to C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Total War WARHAMMER II/data/1423916871!" Google's unhelpfully sparse on information, still trying to find a solution myself and over internet searches.

That's odd. I looked back and the units are recruitable on my end. What exactly is the problem on your end? Do you happen to also have the standard version of the Empire Sketchbook enabled as well?
