@Mid2Bishi: Unfortunately, there is no way to change it in the game settings. I'll leave the link [www.dropbox.com] to the same background with reduced volume.

@Homer: Wait for the addons to load in the game, then the icons will appear.
If they do not appear, you may already have another main menu mod installed.
If you don't, find and copy the *.vpk file from "workshop" to "addons" folder.
(*) - the nubmer of the mod, find it by the corresponding image.

changed the background but not the gamemode icons. Still worked tho, probably did something wrong
