Hi everyone, who wants to get STALIN! The ORDER of choices during ELECTIONS does NOT MATTER. You just need to ensure a DEADLOCK so choice one choice for RadSoc, Syndicalist, and Totalist. :D Happy Gulag times!

Wait, same. I'm having same problem. @Blitzkrieg Does Soviet Assemblies and totalists option for the Red Army come up later on? Only getting Molotov as the option when I go down the Internationalists focus tree.
