You're going to need something called "Blender Source Tools", an Addon for Blender. With that addon activated under preferences, you then get the option to export a model as an ".smd" file. From there on you follow steps to get it compiled and into source. If you need more help, let me know and I'll try my best.

how did you turn it into a model file been trying to figure that out anyone know (Trying to make a few models and I am using Blender)

@Midnight♥ Unfortunately no, because almost every building in MLP has impossible interiors, with bigger interiors than the exterior would allow and having a single model with both the exterior and interior at the same time would be too intricate to load in as a single model, way too costly in terms of polygon count. I might make a seperate interior for people to use for animations when I have time.

@Shaz As I'm sure you noticed by now, it does not. That is because I didn't make that model or rig it so it is not my position to upload it here. Theres some relatively easy ways to get the pony models, just lick them up, shouldn't be too hard to find.
