Oh, that's because it was created before the supergridding update.
Go to your world setting options and tick "enable supegridding", should work after that

What you need to do is setup "height offset" to maximum value and then you will be able to weld the wheel and fender. After the welding is done you just set the height offset to the value you like

Its done.Your car is now part of that map for ever ^_^. In future i will realease an update with added cars im just working on. Perhaps you can check my workshop for inspiration and throw some like here and there ^_^
