i think if it could alter ingame particle effects it would go as far as a legendary item easily, great design, keep the good work up :)

Psy - Thanks for the comment, unfortunately as far as I know you are unable to alter the ingame particle effects, so this is more of a mock-up of what I imagined the particle effect would look like ingame. Sorry if its misleading, I just wanted to show a concept of what the cast effect could look like.
