I belive I have Workshop version of PAC3 since I set it up to install all addons from a collection - ACF and related SVN's, however could you link me to it just in case I have an Incorrect version/ a reupload thats broken.

The servers probably use pac4 which breaks the dupes. It will work in servers with workshop edition pac

Does this need to be done on a Single playergame? I have tried in a listen server ( server hosted from the single player tab but allows players ) and a deticated server that I own, I have read you're guide on how to use you're dupes but I still cannot seem to understand how I actually get the pac.
