Prisoners quarters (the game hasn't really started yet so its supposed to be a safe zone
Level transitions same idea safe zones need to remain safe and be well lit.
any where else the darkness is completely fine but you need to tone it down a tiny bit in these areas
Bosses. Challenge rifts. Transition rooms.
+Added a few lanterns here and there.

@Josira Well you have a level in Dead Cells called The Forgoten Sepulcher (sorry if bad typo) which has a big violet fog that hurt you each seconds you are in.
You have to stay in the light to avoid this fog that slowly grow back around you as soon as you leave the light.
This mods made this mechanic in ALL level except Bosses level ( he plans to add it apparently)
