I also want to point out that the Steam login pages on the sites are actually phishing sites, as it can be confirmed by taking a look over the address bar (or the page info). I did take a screenshot, which can be found at https://gyazo.com/6fb93fdb52e52e0b74037ff306279d1d which shows how fake and gay this is.

i got hacked as well by logging in to one of the scam sites (i was unaware of the presence of scam sites because i am fairly new to skin stuff)

Unfortunatley yes, that issue has been brought to my attention. I try to warn non-English speakers in as simple words as possible of the dangers, but even I can't stop all of them. It's a community effort, I'm afraid.

Unfortunately there is a big part of non-English speaking people in this community that may not understand whoever is trying to call out all of those scams in the comments. I indeed noticed that most of the people who were replying by saying "+rep" or just asking how to get the skins were from a non-English speaking country. I know that this does not necessarily mean that they don't speak English but it would be wrong not to consider it as a possibility. I truly believe that the people who fall for these types of scams either don't look at the comments at all or they don't understand the others who are trying to warn everyone by saying that it's actually is a scam.
