This now seems to be fixed in the beta branch (v1.2.0).

I wonder why Fatshark are unable to accomplish what a simple mod does... The technical quality of this game is beyond any description.

Geesh they should patch this already.

Can you pm it to me? I sent this to FS already but they should be quicker to fix it if they find out it fixes an exploit and not just a visual bug.
Sadero 22 Jun, 2018 @ 10:59am
I wouldn't call that an exploit, that seems like an intended feature.
This one's quite a bit more major and easy to reproduce, so I'd rather not make it public.

Which exploit? Huntsman ult reload?
Sadero 22 Jun, 2018 @ 5:13am
Looks like this mod fixes a major exploit currently in the game. Let's hope fatshark pushes these fixes as well.

Unfortunately that one doesn't cover it either, it simply disables the filters/sound effects, but not the FoV changing.

Doing more work than Fatshark, nice mod

You can check out this mod , maybe it does what you're asking for.
Admiral Billy 20 Jun, 2018 @ 6:26pm
Is it possible to disable the FoV changing in the ult? That's the part of the ult that really annoys me when I use it (since it makes your crosshair inaccurate while it's switching).

This isn't necessarily something that has to be a part of this mod, but I figured that it fits under the same category of "fixing the huntsman's annoying ult effects/bugs."

I don't think the devs will say this but thanks for your free labor sir. That's what these "mods" are for anyway. They will handpick the ones that fix their problems later down the road since they don't know how to fix them. This one will surely be one of the ones picked.

Sad that the community is faster to fix bugs than fatshark themselves.

good job but a player need fix bug himself.....
