Figured it out, it seems with Vanilla plants expanded, it doesn't recognise the plants need harvesting so it won't automatically do them. thank you anyways

Alright, I'll go down the list.

@rhys118, I couldn't reproduce your issue.

@WarexCrawler and @Super_Nova_4590, I've added support for Quarry (1.6 Temp).

@GuyDing22, It's because crafting doesn't have certain workTags I'm assuming. The bots craft medicine and other drugs just fine with Complex Jobs, and all it does is change around how work types are split up mostly and their tags. It's not super clear why normal colonist craft drugs fine when crafting doesn't have the Intellectual tag and bots can't in base game, but that's how it is. If I had to guess, it's related to this kind of issue. My suggested solution is to use Complex Jobs and see how that affects things.

Anyone else having issues with the Garden bot not actually harvesting, i got 4 grow zones all rotted away because they won't harvest

Hi, as I can read from other posts, there is an issue with the mod "Quarry (1.6 temp)" not getting the patches it needs. I found that it is because of the new name it uses, so maybe an augmentation to the patching file "Quarry_Mining_Patch.xml" add the same for the above mod?
I just tested locally by editing the file, and it works. Thanks.

This seems random and I'm not sure the cause but I've removed my entire list down to just Misc Robots and Misc Craftable Robots. My crafting bots don't make any medicine at all. Playing more it seems like there's a bunch of crafting that the bots just won't do even when there's not really any other mods in the list. Simple chains: Steel (smelt steel from iron and coal), LTS Ammunition (won't make ammo) for example. It works with nearly every other bench, even mod ones. I just can't figure out why it won't do those

Hello, i am having an issue with the mining bots not using the any quarry from Quarry (1.6 Temp)(Does not come up in work tab as a job either). Tested with Ogliss outdated version of the mod and they seem to use it, although with errors of course. I was using 200+ mods but tested it with 40 mods also and is still having the same issue.

It's probably a source code limitation from the dll in the base mod. Just my guess.

Hi. It's not like it's a critical error or a problem that prevents me from playing.
It's just that when using the EndlessGrowth mod (which removes the skill cap, and they can be pumped infinitely) and with a craft skill of more than 20, bots can no longer be crafted, it says "Unable to craft: Skill above the allowed 20"
I reviewed all the .xml but did not notice a line with such a limitation.

Actually, I managed to make a patch that seems to work. The Doctor Robot seems to do the tasks labeled as Nursing, though it doesn't show up on the Robot Work tab.

I figured it out. MiscRobots WorkTab support is what causes the med bots not have any medical ability. With that mod enabled, the med bot would tend at less than 10% quality, but when the mod is removed, the tending is almost 100%.

Misc Craftable Robots + Complex Jobs work patch sub mod is no longer necessary, as now this mod has patches for Complex Jobs directly. It could be the source of your problems.

Do you have XML Extensions? I'm uncertain if it could cause the problem, but I'm fairly certain it could potentially solve it. Assuming you're using Rimworld 1.3-1.5.

Im also having an issue with the med bot having a skill of zero. I dont have any work type changing mods and I dont have any other robot mods that I know of. I can provide a lit of mods if needed.

Those are the corpses of bots. Generally they don't appear. You wanna use the base station of the bots you intend to bring, which should be right below the disabled bot item. The base station will come with a working bot.

it is telling me they are disabled it the scenario menu ie where you chose elements for when you start the game ie things that get droped with or near you at the start

Usually it's caused by missing worktypes. Replacing them should fix it.

That most likely is a mod conflict yes. Any mods that change the bots could be responsible (Excluding re-texture mods.) Though mods that change worktypes or skills could also be doing something.

I've never experienced that problem personally, so I believe it's a mod conflict of some kind, but idk which. Might be worktype related, might not.

It seem that the gardener robot met the same problem like the chicken robots in Mics. robots++

They do not harvest mature plants

I'm sorry, your explanation of how things used to function is confusing me. The bots are available after researching fabrication and have always been made at the fabrication table. The issue you're experiencing seems to be more complex than I initially thought. Though I know it's an inconvenience, I can provide extended support through the discord, including providing multiple older versions, to hopefully narrow down the issue if not solve it.

Delete and rebuild - this is literally the first thing I tried and it does not help. Already at this stage I realized that something was broken because before my bots were in the projects - miscellaneous tab and were built as a building (or you could select a bot and click build a copy) and now they are only crafted on the component table.

Damn, I suspected literally any other mod, but not this one. And it turns out that this mod was updated and broke everything for me. XD
Is it possible to get the old version of the mod before the February 4th update?
My mining bot no longer uses the quarry (only digs the mountain), the gardener does not interact with the plantings in any way (only cooks food on the stove), the builder is not clear yet, but he spends a lot of time sitting at the charging station. Only the crafting bot seems to work as expected. =/

I love your mod just 1 problem i'm having is i want to restrict the cleaning drones to certain areas outside the home area (i have a place for the hospitality mod) and the cleaning robots always clean somewhere else leaving it dirty (they do clean it either first or last its just i want to restrict a couple of them to that area only)
