@Amiral well,altitude and direction indicator are quite different things.. direction just need a rotation , altitude will need much bigger size , or just even impossible for me to use number kind。
and frankly direction indicator is very simple just tie it with horizontal stablizer sensor tun the speed of axis and it will work
