I'm not sure if I'll be able to tweak sound, give how little options there are in-game and how bad the sound priority is somtimes. Looks to me like the sound system itself is quite inflexible as it is.
Long answer: Since this game has no particular long story mode, "end game" is all about the goals you set for yourself, and those goals usually involve some kind of "getting better" (Yeah, there's loot too. But you'll burn out pretty quickly, if all you care about is that one red Halberd illusion).
Mods like "Spawn Tweaks" already provide a way to increase difficulty past the levels of Legend, Twitch Integration or Deeds, but at some point the default game won't spawn enough resources for you to kill all the stuff that you spawn in.
That is why I got the request to create this mod, which is a more natural way to increase available resources than simply "give health every X seconds".
