Yeah, you want to reduce graphical impact of anything on people with slower computers.

I'm sure Valve will add the LOD optimization if they adopte it. I sure hope they do, it's great :D

No the stats should be: Heals full Health,but gives a slower speed for 5 seconds + and gives more damage from all weps for 5 seconds. Try NOT to think too much good attributes people!
