Сталкивался с проблемой,когда у какой-то из стран,выходящих из состава Югославии(точно не Банат и не Герцеговина,вот единственные ориентировки) не менялся цвет и название.Играл за Италию,с чем это может быть связано?

Could remove cosmetic overwritу from the mod by instead adding use_overlord_color to autonomies files, likely will cut code by a lot. Just putting it here

You need to go into decisions to change the name and color. For Hungary, it only has the name as well... it's not a superpower. But I would love to see hungarian names!
