The malicious flage actually seems to just be an issue with the link formatting. It's including the parentheses in the link, so steam is reading the link as "http://(https://www.youtube.com/dastactic)" , which is what's causing the issue.

Using https:// at the beginning of every web address is the safest way to be online. I use HTTPS Everywhere, from the Electronic Frontier Foundation (who are definitely On Our Side), and this allows very safe browsing,

Not using it is inviting malware to attack, on the malware magnet that is and always has been Windows.

Having the link above with "https" seems to make Steam flag it as malicious and makes users unable to actually click on it to go to YouTube, you might wanto to make it:
