On the hat it feels really nice and helps separate it from his other helmets, but on the gloves it looks really strange when paired with his other armor pieces. The brighter highlights give it a strange appearance when paired with the usually all dark armors, with it being a tad too stark of a contrast, I feel.
While I can't say that my opinion much matters in the long run, a second, separate, and darker style might help alleviate the strange mismatch.
