Report a translation problem
I used three diferent rainmeters to achieve that effects. Those are:

I got most of the stuff from the first rainmeter and changed its parameters to turn the characters red, some of the things like the recycling icon are images and those had to be changed in photoshop. It was easily done by using the "substitute color" tool.
From the second fallout rainmeter I only got the music player.
Finally I placed the Monstercat visualizer and changed the number of bars so it fitted better in the gap.
And thats it!
