I found what I think may be the right table, but I'm not sure and I can't test it easily because I don't have a Harkon campaign that far along. Anyone have Harkon's mind restored and would be willing to test it for me?

umm well i mean i would use it in this one or a seperate one, its a overlook by CA so i dont see why anyone would feel the need to only fix luthor right?

@Rippa Splitta oh wow didn't realize that, I haven't gotten that far with him yet, I'll check it out and fix it. Should I do it as a separate mod or add it to this one? If anyone else wants to chime in as well, feel free...

ur awesome bro! would u be able to do this for Luthor Harkon, once his mind is restored and his use of Lore of the Deeps enabled, he isn't able to overcast any of them! which is lame for such a legendary pirate lord :D

In the new patch notes it says "Reinstated upgraded version of Command of the Living for Strigoi Ghoul Kings" Is this related to this fix? I can't remember, i've been taking time off from the game.
