- added configurable/toggleable varibles (pulse effect on mountain, god ray, highway, water, reflection)
- stronger clouds

- synced the pulsing effect of the mountains and the light points on each side (crossed)
- reduced the speed of the pulsing effects
- reduced the power of the pulsing effect on the mountain
