No, this should work on it's own. I can only suggest you try turning off every other mod and see if maybe one is conflicting. However, I can't investigate, because the game hasn't worked for me for a few years now. Sorry. Best of luck.

do i need some kind of other mod to make this mod work? because when i press the hotkeys nothing happens and I have the mod enabled

I'm sorry, as far as I know, it should still work... I absolutely can't do anything about it, sadly, because the game just won't launch for me anymore. I've thought of a potential fix for it though, I just didn't come around to trying it out. Maybe it'll work again, then I could do something about it.

Threads been inactive for a while but to save the silly questions about why the mod won't work even though i've subcribed....
1. make sure you active the mod in the ingame mode menu.... just subcribing won't do the trick
2. if you find the mod won't work even after activating move it to the top of your list if you have other mods activated

Even with version mismatch, the mod should still work.

Currently I would be working on it if LIF:FV would decide to stop crashing every time I try to start it. This has happened for a long time now and YES I tried basically everything to get it running.
So don't expect any updates anytime soon... Sorry.

@Traxx I did notice one thing, when adding a resource the quantity does not diminish when used. I used the fish hotkey which did was it was programed to, but then my storage was raided by a wolf and fox but my fish never decreased effectively giving me infinite fish . I am curious if something might have happened with the mod or if this was intentional.

@meltedpasticarmyguy I never had any problem with incompatibilities and for me(!) it works best when set to bottom of the load order - some mods add storage buildings and IF(!) the author configured it properly, this why my mod should accept other storage buildings as targets as well. No guarantee though.

That's why I wrote the hotkeys in the mod description :) You can open the url on your phone or keep the workshop page open on a second monitor ;)

@meltedplasticarmyguy I have about 56 mods that are active lmao. It works with all of them at pretty much any load order (For me). There is nothing in game that reminds you on hot keys, I'd suggest taking a picture, Ones like Bread (B) Fish (F) Clay (C) are pretty easy to remember tho

is this mod still live? When I tried to use it on a new game and a save game it didn't work. Is there something needed to activate the hotkeys?

@Dreamcast well yes, I specifically said it adds the ressources to suitable >buildings<...

FYI -- You need to build a barn/warehouse before you can activate the hotkeys.

Lady_Luck, mod menu will be at the main menu (or even in game i believe) when you start out it should say something like workshop or modifications. click on it and see all of your mods that you've subscribed to, none will be active because you havent activated them, follow my instructions below and you should be good
