There isn't any differences other than this one can kiss boys, and the original girls. When you make an edit, there's "Male (?)" and "Female (?)" genders which only influence a certain set of Entertainment type moves. Such as the crotching rubbing move in the corner, the tea bagging move from the ground, and (what Besos has) the kiss from the back grapple. "Female (?)" can kiss females, and "Male (?)" can kiss males. Otherwise, they'll just wildly stomp instead of doing the kiss.

There's no version that can do both?
