can't be helped really, since mods are pretty much all stable only on PC (and I don't have linux on top)

steam workshopdownloader, but it appears at the mod screen as countinuisly downloading without actually becoming selectable.

Did you use the Google Drive to dl my prebuilt mod or used Steamworkshopdownloader?

tried that and even tried to put in a folder in mods folder and when it does show it is an endless transfering loop.

A Singer/Dancer unit, perfect! It makes complete sense for Civ, but... Maybe the Diva's shouldn't have Venice's Great Merchant ablities? Perhaps make that unique to the Songstress instead?
