Why Isnt the first 'Endless Nightmare' first head in the game? Why do we get this mediocre bug eyed version?

DUDE this set is sick! Really hope this one gets into dota.
But maybe the claws, eyes, and wings need a little bit more glow. Check on how other TI 8 entries set the glow and you'll get the picture
