You could try making custom player models to actually fit the story provided (texture CT as Steve, T as Zombies or other mobs, as you can assign custom player models in csgo. Just make sure to include the models and textures.

It appears as though the entire map is one giant missing texture. If possible, the textures should be included. If not, they should be linked in the description.
