You mean you will add it to your ship? If you do so you wont be able to get verry far from your ship with the sub.

Anyways. I give you the permission. Just give credit and provide a link to the orginal. Thanks for asking.

RedParadize I built a research ship with a sub capability and I was wondering if it was ok for me to post it to the workshop with your submarine. I would give you credit and add you as a contributor.

Now i just need to figure out sensors and gauges.
Frosted Flakes 16 Jun, 2018 @ 5:41pm
True
RedParadize  [author] 16 Jun, 2018 @ 4:52pm
Large is better. easier to control. Now that you have these valve it will be easyer to control water level

Thak you for helping, i think my ballasts are a small bit too large.
RedParadize  [author] 16 Jun, 2018 @ 3:42pm
water ballast need to not alter the balance regardless of emptu or full
RedParadize  [author] 16 Jun, 2018 @ 3:42pm
heavy weight on the bot and boyancy on the top

I have a question, i attempted to make a submarine in the shape of a military sub, with one ballast at the front and one at the back. when i attempt to make it dive, it tilts to the left and flips on its side. How do i fix this? May i also mention the sb is the same on both sides Weight wise.

Hahaha! I feel the Flatbed will completely eclipse the Cab, I mean by a long long shot.

As It is right now, it feature two robotic arm that are fairly easy to control. A depth control that have enough power to lift stuff from the bottom of the sea. Now, the only thing left to do is the hatch setup and some polishing. Should be ready in few hours!

Btw, the Flatbed will feature a SDS hatch on both side. I will be able to do much more testing and refining then. Right now it remain mostly untested.

Sure. As you have seen. What I got right now go as follow:

The procedure is 2 (opposed) of the 4 magnet are toggled on. That is to make sure hatch are on top of each other. Then the 2 other are locked.

For the hatch that go upward, they won't open unless all 4 magnet are locked. The magnet will be recess or be retractable to ensure a perfect fit. For the bottom hatch, they can open at all time. I may implement a mechanism that will flood the room if the sub is up side down, that take some space to implement trough...

Obviously, all room that have these hatch will need a proper pumping system to keep them empty as the game do not calculate if the air can escape or not.

yeah ok but if you want i can modify mine to adapt yours
would be nice to work together again ...

I am not against the idea. For me the constrain is that it must be as small as possible. I have seen that you use the big connector, wish is a big specially if you want to put a hatch next to it. It can't be placed in the direction where the door open, not without adding 2 to the overall height. Basically, it require a minimum lenght of 9 if you include the door.

They will introduce custom door at some point, We will have to revisit the design when they will do that anyway.

Hi again , you know who i am do you ???

I am arleady devloping a standard docking system...

What if we mix them together to make a better one ??
Tell me what you think of this

Peace 😀
