I have a PC now so I can make new adventures and fix bugs etc, I just uploaded a few bug fixes to the Definitive Editinon version, which is the only version being updated. https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1594027212

Thank you LurkMoar! I will consider reducing the difficulty. I made it pretty challenging because it seemed like a lot of folks who had already completed the official game wanted a bit more pain.
LurkMoar 21 Feb, 2019 @ 12:29am
Pros:
+Lots of monsters and loot.
+Nice scenery.
+Interesting story and quirks.
+Pretty large world.

Cons:
-Not for solo play, unbalanced and punishing even at the easiest difficulty.
-Enemies will spam abilities, and cooldowns don't seem to apply to them.
-May favor ranged and spellcasters, just a hunch.

Wonderful! Thanks for getting back to me so soon. I love the mod and I can't wait to play it!
SaintJohnVideoGame  [author] 3 Oct, 2018 @ 10:37am
Hi! I will get back into Divinity in a couple of weeks, just waiting on the weather to push me inside a bit more. I'll fix the mod and release an update for the new Definitive Edition too.
wavelight 2 Oct, 2018 @ 11:16pm
Hi I have the same issue as VkageV. Are you planning on supporting this mod still?
Daidaedra 29 Aug, 2018 @ 3:57am
I did enjoy to play this with a single charackter. its interesting and feels great.
the missions you go on are all a bit different wich is good and of course plenty of combat.
The only bugs i have encountered are NPC´s skipping there own dialog wich hardlock´s the file unless you can load older saves.

you feel strong and powerfull
UNTIL the ennemys permastunn you with one of manny effects.
knockdown; Mad : provoke :entangle : and so on.
As an example there are 8 ennemys vs me, ALL of these 8 enemys can provoke me. from this point on the fight plays itself and i found myself minimizing untill the fight was over as i had no controll of what my ONLY charackter was doing. these things happen to often. there are way to manny controll effects on the ennemys. and it takes minutes until its my turn again. I would recomend taking most of these controll effects away from the ennemy or replacing them with something that does not take player controll away.

Hi, its me again. I encountered a bug in chapter 4 if you choose to try to take the chest from the guy after fighting the bandits, when its the mob turn, the game crashes completely
Ladaa Rehn 30 Jun, 2018 @ 9:21pm
+ Every fight is different and interesting
+ Actually has a story to tie it all together; you're not just an aimless murderhobo
+ There's a "Buffoon" tag.
* Exactly what it says on the tin: lots of fighting and loot, little to no dialogue.
* I have no idea where a merchant to sell to is, or if there even is one. This led to me accumulating a lot of useless junk. Might just be me, though; the mod description DOES say "not a lot of shopping".
- Crashes when you talk to or attack the merchant.

I ran a Warfare/Polymorph dwarf, and had a surprising amount of fun. Thanks for modding!

zyocuh, oh yeah! I was thinking of a way of giving exp to players when they successfully pickpocket, but I hadn't quite worked out the mathematics on it, I didn't mean to leave that code in. I just uploaded a new version without pickpocket exp, thank you for the feedback!
zyocuh 24 Jun, 2018 @ 4:47pm
Just btw if you steal gold you get a TON of EXP, game breaking amounts of EXP. Hit level 11 from stealing gold.

Excellent mod! Not just a bunch of battles, but a story, game events and unique enemies.
A few moments and bugs:
1) In the dungeon I had a bug, where one fire beetle stuck in the floor.
2) The trader with the invitation - for me the mod crashes when the fight with him starts (at his first turn). Luckily, I was able to steal his chest )
3) In my opinion the mod could benefit from fewer battles. For example, in the initial area there several groups of skeletons, in the dungeon there several groups of insects etc. Since the mod has a lot of battle encounters removing repeating ones could improve the pace.

Overall - great work!

Der Die Das LightsabeREE, I thought I removed those hammers previously, my apologies. They are defnitely not intentional. I have uploaded a clean version for new subscribers, but games that were saved after that level started will still have them. Please resist using them if you can.
Jonas 21 Jun, 2018 @ 10:31am
Great mod so far! I've just been wondering about sth, in the Swamp where you can kill the 2 trolls, after killing them I dropped 2 Dwarven hammers which did around 139-146 dmg while the weapon I had before did 12 dmg, so I was basically able to one hit everything in the area, didn't go further yet tho so I'm just wondering if that's meant to be or not.
VKageV 15 Jun, 2018 @ 9:23am
Cool, i look forward to chapter 2 :). The reason i asked about a skill trader at the start was because i ran about 20 different workshop classes mods at the time of playing it, and the skillbooks i found were so spread out between those classes that it was hard to get anything i could use, so i ended up having about 15 unused skillbooks at the end. But that shouldn't be a problem for those who play it on multiplayer and only use base classes, or 1 or 2 workshop classes.
SaintJohnVideoGame  [author] 15 Jun, 2018 @ 8:42am
Ok, those two battles are a little cleaner now. I also gave the worm extra burrowing in case he needs to move faster. I don't want that much shopping in the game, so I didn't put in another skill trader, but I sprinkled some more skillbooks into level one and two, hidden and as treasure on enemies. One of the goals of my mod is to make sure players really get to use their characters completely, so I'm happy to make sure they have plenty of skills.
SaintJohnVideoGame  [author] 15 Jun, 2018 @ 7:58am
VKageV, I'm really pleased you enjoyed it, thank you for your comments! I'll take a look at those two battles and tidy them up.
VKageV 14 Jun, 2018 @ 10:46pm
I only ran into 2 bugs when playing this, one was fighting the tiny insect things in the tomb, for some reason i couldn't target some of them, and another was the giant worm, for some reason he spawned halfway inside the mountain and couldn't attack me until he borrowed about 3 turns later.
VKageV 14 Jun, 2018 @ 10:40pm
I really enjoyed this adventure mod. I finally beat is SOLO today on normal difficulty. It was a bit rough at times, but i was playing as a fire mage/warrior. It was very difficult. Painfuly difficult running solo. I had to run from the never ending summoner of skeletons. and those birds gave me quite a tough time. All and all i had fun. I kinda wish there was a skill trader closer to the beginning of the game though. Keep up the good work :)
lost_soul 13 Jun, 2018 @ 6:00pm
Hi, yes from a saved game. that was the problem.
SaintJohnVideoGame  [author] 13 Jun, 2018 @ 8:46am
ReviS, I slightly miscalculated, reports say the game takes 2 to 2.5 hrs to complete.
SaintJohnVideoGame  [author] 13 Jun, 2018 @ 8:45am
Lost_soul, you are very welcome, I've had a fun time making this campaign. Are you playing from a saved game? That might explain the oddly peaceful demon, and bedrolls. I changed a bit how they work but they might not initialize from saved games. Thank you for the feedback on the flowers, I'm tweaking them right now.
lost_soul 13 Jun, 2018 @ 5:43am
Hi StJohn. thanks for the update, finished all content. The demon trader never did anything until i attacked a few times? With bedrolls.. is it planned they never work? i think the boss (Manuk?) killed my rogue in 2 hits which is good going, slightly diff strategy and i beat him second attempt. With the flower creatures they have a few attacks but then they put you to sleep, it would have been more challenging if they only used the other skills (mad) then i could have been forced to attack and knocked out my other character. that could have gone much differently. Great work!
SaintJohnVideoGame  [author] 12 Jun, 2018 @ 10:27am
Hi ReviS! I think it's about 1.5hrs.
Disappearing Salami 12 Jun, 2018 @ 9:46am
How long is this quest?
SaintJohnVideoGame  [author] 12 Jun, 2018 @ 9:06am
Thank you, Caligalux, I really appreciate the feedback!
SaintJohnVideoGame  [author] 12 Jun, 2018 @ 9:00am
I just uploaded the final level and some fixes for the previous levels. I'm still making some fixes and adding little touches, so please send feedback on bugs and difficulty. I'm not a very good player, so the battles are probably too easy. Now that I'm done with most of the work, I'm happy to tweak the difficulty on particular fights based on feedback.
Billy 9 Jun, 2018 @ 1:50pm
So this thing is awesome, just wanted to let you know that.
lost_soul 7 Jun, 2018 @ 2:33am
No. i think i attacked and it never aggroed?
SaintJohnVideoGame  [author] 6 Jun, 2018 @ 8:36am
Lost_Soul, that demon will soon not be able to trade. I've tried resetting the Trade Treasure option for that character, but then it just sets itself back again.I'll have a solution soon. Were you still able to fight it? If not, it may have needed a trigger that was set before the save that you didn't get.
lost_soul 6 Jun, 2018 @ 3:48am
Hi StJohn
i reloaded before the last fight. So I had 2 demons and a level 6 trader. I couldn't talk, steal or trade with the trader. Are we meant to be able to? Did you update the change log? (probably and i missed it!)
SaintJohnVideoGame  [author] 3 Jun, 2018 @ 8:35am
Hi Lost_Soul, thank you for the playtesting, correct, Alemdem doesn't trade, he's just decoration for now for the market. Good work on the last fight, I might need to make it a little tougher!
lost_soul 3 Jun, 2018 @ 2:13am
Hi StJohn. Thanks for all your effort. Just finshed the new levels (im 8800xp short of lvl 7), maybe missed some stuff. i assume you are not meant to trade with Alemdem (fish, meat trader). Ill be very interested to hear about feedback about the shocks with the worm fight.. On 4th attempt i didnt need a rez scroll. i assume the fight sequence is not a bug, but deliberate to give players a chance. My first character, first round, killed off the final boss.. but shes a rogue killing machine so hey. im playing tactical 2 lone wolves.
SaintJohnVideoGame  [author] 2 Jun, 2018 @ 11:51am
I posted an updated today that gives all players Thievery, reduces some of the enemy toughness for better balance, and fixed a couple of graphic glitches. Please keep the feedback coming, it's been very helpful!
SaintJohnVideoGame  [author] 31 May, 2018 @ 9:34pm
YES! I was finally able to get the terrain unlocked for the first level so that I could edit it again and get rid of most of the blockiness of the base texture. I'm still going to clean it up a lot now that I've learned so much more about the tools, but it looks a lot better than it did before.
SaintJohnVideoGame  [author] 31 May, 2018 @ 1:18pm
I posted a new chapter to the campaign. You can now enable other mods also, I've been having fun testing out character class mods from the workshop. It's super fun running them through my campaign to see what they can do. If all bad guys are exterminated and all quests completed, characters should get up to level 7 so far. More levels coming soon, and please feel free to send me bug reports and requests. Making this campaign is super casual and relaxing for me, I won't take any offense and appreciate the feedback, it's difficult to test it all on my own. Thank you for playing!
Quofeous 24 May, 2018 @ 3:45pm
Congrats, what i have seen so far is real nice TBH look forward to see this grow
SaintJohnVideoGame  [author] 24 May, 2018 @ 12:38pm
Add-On modules now work in this campaign, it's been very fun to try out a bunch of different character classes with it since it levels so quickly.
SaintJohnVideoGame  [author] 21 May, 2018 @ 8:51pm
I'm usually editing my mod on an old machine so I have the graphics turned down very low to make the tools usable, well, that was a slight mistake. I tried the game on higher quality and realised I had a bunch of items floating on the map, I think most of them are fixed now and the remainder will be fixed in patches very soon.
