Is this mod working with the latest updates?

With newest Update the option Gameplay > No Camera shaking is build in.

Tested again single player, mod works, check your mod order, maybe a mod conflict ?

I have problems getting this mod running. I subscibed it in the steam workshop and it showed up ingame, in the main menu under mods. I activated it (along with another mod) and restartetd the game. Now the game tells me both mods are active, the other mod is working but this one does not. When I'm in first person mode, still the camera is shaking while gathering resources with hand or pickaxe. I can't see any difference between mod activated and mod deactivated (restarting the game in between).

Do I need to craft a certain recipe, something in the menu like e.g. the camp fire? I searched for camera there, nothing found. What am I missing? Any help appreciated. I'm playing in singleplayer mode.

Tested today on singleplayer and co-op, camera is still shaking from actions like gathering for instance.

you should recook your mod, seeing the last update was in 2018.

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe this is a client-side only mod. As in, it'll only affect the clients it's installed on. But unless they've changed it, servers don't allow mods that aren't also installed on the server, so if the server has the mod, then everyone is forced to have the mod.

Does your mod stop camera shake for all players on server or is there a player/client side configuration to enable/disable or configure how your mod alters camera behavior?

The server dictates which mods are active. If the server doesn't use this mod then there is nothing you can do about it, except asking the server owner to include the mod.

Can i get a deffo answer please how do i make this work on modded servers? cause if i apply mods i have to restart my game and if i join a server it restarts the game again disabling the camera mod... pelase help D:

does this work on all servers? or only servers that have this enabled? since the server im on currently i dont see a change

i uploaded this mod, and i have the pony tail hair, not sure if its connected, but the hair has no physics to it now. wondering if this mod has any connection to that?
the hair does not blow in the wind any longer, its just static.
any suggestions?

I just installed the game and got the dreaded simulation sickness like I usually do. I have never seen someone create a mod in a game to prevent this! I fucking love you so much right now i'm so happy!!!!

I can not recommend this enough, the unnecessary screen shaking was bothering me and making it so I couldn't look at the screen while harvesting.

Remember folks - you have to add the mod in-game from the mods menu after you add it from the workshop.

@MysticForces, they did update the devkit, but I'm pretty sure the blurry thing is vanilla, not this mod because I didn't have this mod in when the blurriness started for me (after the patch). Gonna see if this mod helps at all tonight. If not, if we can determine the source of the new blur... omg fix. If you don't I WILL. ^^ hehe. It is awful and giving me headaches.

I can confirm that the recent patch did NOT update any of the blueprints used in this mod, unless they failed to document the change.

I will investigate if the latest patch has updated the blueprints I changed. But I would have to also wait for the devKit to be updated before I can release an update.

@MysticForces Just wanted to give a shout out of deep thanks for this. There was an old "No Camera Bob Mod" that was no longer being updated. So really does the trick well if not better!!

Thanks for this, I'm extremely sensitive to headbobbing/camera shaking so I'll definitely be giving this a try.

It seems like those commands are something you could just put in one of the config files. No clue which one, but they seem like typical config commands for UE.

Not an easy way, no. And after every update or verify you'd have to hack it again.

is there a possibility of manually editing our client files for the same effect, cause unless a server happens to be running with this mod, theres no way to use it.
