I uninstalled and reinstalled and even started a new game but still new engi or scientist what do I do !

Engineers and Scientists only be added after first mission when starting a new game.

hi, @playstationricky unsubscribe the related "[neoe] Happy Start" if you have subscribed in case, then re-subscribe this mod. Every thing happened after you start a NEW game and after the startup mission. Old created games will not be affected.

when i started my game i did not get the happy start how can i get it to work right
